Delivery timescales work from when an order is processed. When an order is placed it will be processed the following working day. Please note that orders are not processed between noon on a Friday until 9.00am on a Monday. We aim to deliver your order by Interlink Express within 1-2 working days. Customers ordering garments which require printing need to allow an extra 5-7 working days.
European / International customers should expect to receive their order within 14 days. There may be a requirement by your country to pay duties and/or taxes before you receive delivery. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost as it is not included in your purchase or shipping costs. This is based on your countries policies and is something over which we have no control. We recommend that for specific advice on Customs procedures you contact HM Customs and Excise on 0845 010 9000.

Is the transaction Real-Time?
All Credit Card transactions are completed in real-time. After you have confirmed your purchase, we make an immediate connection to NatWest Bank to verify the card and amount, so that authorisation is given before we complete the order.
Do I have any Legal Protection?
You are protected by the normal laws of England, in particular The Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 (c. 35) and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (c.43)
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days of receipt in an unused/unworn condition along with the original packaging and a valid receipt. In this case we will offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are returned after the 28 day period we will offer an exchange of goods up to the value of the original purchase. To arrange return of goods, contact Vandanel at email@example.com. If you wish to return via your own devices you must choose a method of postage which provides a unique consignment number for reference and which also provides a tracking facility. Please note that postage returns costs will only be refunded if the stock which was purchased is deemed to be faulty. Return postage costs will not be refunded for items which were ordered in the wrong size.
When returning any products the customer is required to return any additional products which they receive as part of an offer for buying a certain product (for example “Buy one get one free”). When returning goods which are made up of several components, all the components must be present which were sent with the original purchase. Video cassettes and DVDs can only be returned if faulty. Postal charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If any genuine fault or error has occurred in the first stage of packaging, with proof, then postage and packaging costs will be refunded. We are unable to refund or exchange on custom printed or embroidered clothing. Customised clothing can only be returned if they are faulty. Unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.
European customers can take goods which they wish to return to us to any post office in their own country but they must use a returns service with a tracking facility and they must supply us with a consignment number. Vandanel will not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us which are sent without the use of a track and trace service or without an official consignment number.
International customers can use any local courier service for goods they wish to return to us but they must use a returns service with a tracking facility and they must supply us with a consignment number. Please note that relevant insurance against loss and/or damage should be used wherever needed. Vandanel will not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us which are sent without the use of a track and trace service or without an official consignment number.
Please note that the following items are non returnable unless damaged on receipt - sports bottles, bibs, straws, feeder bottle, soothers, training mug, twist top flask, crest tumbler, party blowouts, underwear, earrings.
We regularly update our stock levels and remove any items that will not be coming back into stock. If any item is still online but marked as “Currently out of stock but more is expected soon” then it is likely that it will be back in stock. Please come back and visit the store again soon to check availability.
Unfortunately, from time to time we will run out of stock on certain items. When this happens we will remove them from the website so users cannot order these products, this avoids disappointment when we can’t fulfil their request.
